Building your brand, one feed at a time
[A Clear Blogging Tip.]
One of the cool things about a Group Writing Project like Darren Rowse's 31 Days to Building a Better Blog - 2007 is the great ideas and tips you pick up from the other writers. Here's me implementing a tip I got from "Seven Ways to Master FeedBurner": Brand your Feedburner RSS.
First off, you do know you should be using FeedBurner to serve your blog's RSS feed to the world, right? There's so many reasons and now that FeedBurner is owned by Google, it's free.
So here's one of the many things you can do with FeedBurner: you can add a custom image to your FeedBurner RSS Page. Just click the Feed Image Burner link on the Optimize tab in your FeedBurner account and fill in the simple form there.

Which do you think has more impact?
Further, you can specify a landing page for clicks to that image - perfect if you have a page where you keep your best posts.
Glad you found my article useful! Good use of your logo and thanks for the link!
